The HN-1000-N is a multi-channel Plastic Hot Staking Controller designed specifically for hot staking applications involving multiple plastic stakes. It is available in three configurations: 2-channel, 3-channel, and 4-channel. Each channel operates independently and allows for individual control of a set of plastic hot staking devices. As a result, the multi-channel Plastic Hot Staking Controller is commonly employed when multiple plastic stakes need to be hot staked, such as in automotive lamp module assembly, soft pack battery busbar hot staking, and soft pack battery casing hot staking.

The multi-channel Plastic Hot Staking Controller utilizes the pulse plastic hot staking process, which rapidly heats the plastic stakes of the targeted components, causing them to melt and deform. The plastic stakes are then rapidly cooled and shaped. By employing the pulse plastic hot staking technique, the heat is concentrated on the pulse plastic hot staking tips and the plastic stakes in contact with them, without affecting the performance of surrounding components during the heating process. Combined with the multi-channel capability of the Plastic Hot Staking Controller, it enables efficient and stable completion of hot staking tasks while ensuring the integrity of product performance. This makes it an ideal solution for hot staking tasks involving PCB boards with mounted components. Common applications include securing PCB boards to plastic components in electronic devices such as mobile phones, barcode scanners, thermometers, and computers using the pulse plastic hot staking process.

The multi-channel Plastic Hot Staking Controller is equipped with a 7-inch full-color touch screen for direct operation via an intuitive Human-Machine Interface (HMI). Additionally, it features 485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, facilitating easy configuration and reading of program parameters, as well as seamless integration with other devices. The controller also supports storage of multiple parameter sets, allowing for swift switching between different hot staking tasks without the need for time-consuming parameter adjustments.
