HN-1000 Pulsed Thermoplastic Heat Staking Machine & Suitable for Heat Staking of Automotive Motors and Circuit Boards
This machine is utilized for the riveting of metal components, PCB boards, and plastic components with plastic parts. It employs pulse riveting technology, integrated with a PID closed-loop control algorithm, to rapidly heat plastic rivets to a softened and malleable state. Subsequently, the rivets are promptly cooled and solidified using the downward pressure of the heat staking head and air cooling technology, thereby completing robust riveting work.
The riveting results achieved with this machine are highly robust, and the riveting process is also highly efficient.Furthermore, the machine has the capability to store 5 sets of programs, each accommodating three sets of parameters. When there is a new product requiring riveting, simply switch to a new parameter set to configure the appropriate parameter values for that specific product. This eliminates the need for reconfiguration and readjustment when switching between products. It is particularly suitable for users with a variety of plastic components of different materials that require riveting.
The machine is equipped with RS-485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, and the parameter settings are password-protected. This ensures convenient parameter configuration and retrieval while effectively preventing unauthorized modification of parameters.
