This machine employs the hot air cold staking technology for the riveting process. Hot air cold staking involves the initial heating of the entire plastic rivet using a specialized hot air nozzle. After a predetermined heating duration, the plastic rivet softens uniformly, reaching a suitable state for staking. Subsequently, a cold air staking head is utilized to apply downward pressure, facilitating the cooling and shaping of the rivet, thereby accomplishing a robust riveting connection between the components.
The controller of this machine utilizes the PID closed-loop control algorithm technology for precise temperature and heating time control. It also provides real-time monitoring and feedback of the temperature curve during the riveting process, facilitating parameter adjustment for optimal riveting results. Additionally, it is equipped with an Ethernet communication interface for convenient parameter configuration and data retrieval.
The controller has the capability to store 5 sets of programs, allowing seamless switching to the corresponding program group when changing riveting products without the need for reconfiguring parameters. Moreover, the parameter settings feature password authorization functionality to prevent inadvertent operation.
