HN-3000 utilizes the Hot bar process for welding.Hot bar process, also known as pulse-heated reflow soldering, refers to the method of heating solder joints using the heat generated by the passage of pulsed current through high-resistance materials such as molybdenum and titanium. In this process, pre-applied flux and tin-plated components are heated to a temperature sufficient to melt the solder. After cooling and solidification, the two components are permanently electrically and mechanically connected through the solidified solder joint. The pulse-heated reflow soldering method is widely used in the production of consumer electronics, automotive electronics, medical devices, and other industries.
Pulse heating technology utilizes PID closed-loop control algorithm for instant heating and cooling, supporting 4 temperature segments in a parameter set to meet multi-segment temperature requirements.
Excellent reproducibility of temperature, time, and other parameters enables high-quality product manufacturing. The localized instant heating method effectively controls the thermal impact on surrounding components.
The equipment is equipped with 485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, enabling convenient parameter configuration and retrieval. It also offers storage for 5 program sets, with each program allowing the configuration of 3 distinct parameter groups, accommodating diverse welding needs of customers. The parameter settings possess password authorization functionality, ensuring prevention of inadvertent operations.
